In a continuously changing world, organizations are confronted with the challenge of keeping up with rapid shifts in the marketplace brought on by the digital transformation. Organizations need an agile approach thrive in dynamic business environment the digital transformation, which called Business Agility. Business Agility is the capability of an organization to rapidly adapt to market and environmental changes and create and leverage customer value in productive and cost-effective ways. Further, here are several key attributes of agile in business organization, namely:
